PAYMENT TERMS
Southern Hills Acceptance Inc accepts debit card payments via Mastercard or Visa. Payments are made using the Southern Hills Acceptance website. Payments are collected however through a third-party service provider and not directly by Southern Hills Acceptance Inc. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are acknowledging You will be asked to submit appropriate personal and financial information on our website so that the service provider may process your on-line payment. By making a payment using a debit card you represent that you are an authorized user of that card.
Your payment is not complete until you provide all of the required information and click the “authorize payment” button. Once the payment has been submitted by you, it may take up to 3 business days to be credited to our bank account. We cannot accept responsibility for your payment not reaching our bank account due to your provision of incorrect information, or due to your card issuer declining payment.
FEES
The service fee for making your payment using a debit card is $5.00. For example, if your payment is $300.00 then the third-party servicer will collect $305.00 from your account. You will receive an email confirmation if you have successfully processed your payment on our website. If you receive a notice that your payment has failed, then you should contact your card provider.
