ON-LINE CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS
If you feel you have made a payment to us in error because you do not have an open loan account with us, then Southern Hills Acceptance Inc will refund any payment made. All refunds will be credited back to the original debit/credit card used to make the erroneous payment. Payments to other accounts or other debit/credit cards will not be allowed. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed.
